The SAP AVC Readiness Check serves as a structured assessment of the organizational, functional, and technical prerequisites for the use of SAP Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC). The goal is to create transparency regarding the current maturity level, existing risks, and necessary preparatory work. The workshop provides a sound basis for decisions regarding the introduction, migration, or optimization of AVC.

  • Overview of current business processes and product structures
  • No detailed AVC knowledge required
